MATLAB 2 AMERITRADE, MATLAB 2 MB TRADER
Hi,
I will be updating this blog with the two products that I will be releasing soon. As you may know , I have already released the product MATLAB 2 IB three years ago. Now I wil be releasing two more products :
MATLAB 2 AMERITRADE .... A link between MATLAB and TD AMERITRADE API.
MATLAB 2 MB TRADER .... A link between MATLAB and MB TRADER API.
Would people be interested in such a product ? Please leave your comments in the "Comments section" . I wanted to gauge public interest in these products
Thanks

I don't use either, but I still think they are valuable projects to work on. I would use quant2ib, but its like $600 bucks a year and that's a bit too high of a transaction cost for me.
Now that the link below is fixed, I'm planning to try out pulling option chains with Matlab. In general, I would be interested in a post about the best way to deal with option chains or futures contracts in Matlab.
Anything that promotes the use of Matlab in trading is a good idea. Ad Ameritrade being bigger than IB would probably attract a larger audience.
I have no need for this personally though since I use IB as my trading platform.
Hello,
Can you post the matlab code for Get_Exp_Dates ?
Thanks a lot.
I like your blog very much.

It'll be of great interest.
Does the TD Ameritrade will work with ThinkorSwim account?
Tx!
Hey I need you to develop software using TD Ameritrade API. Can you contact me.
Nathan:
you can email me at tradingwithmatlab@yahoo.com
I'll be really interested.
I keep a keen eye on your Blog.
What most of us (in the UK) would really like to see is Matlab to IG Markets/Index.
Harry
I would not only be interested I would be more than willing to help!
article that you created is very interesting, by reading this article I have a reference to write a new post on my blog
thanks for your share...
it very useful posting..
nice to find you new posting next time..
+1 for Matlab 2 MB Trading.
Matlab is great for trading I have heard. I have a friend who works for one of those speed trading firms and they use it in a major way.
Options Trading allows investors to participate in the move of high priced stocks using only a small capital outlay. This is because stock options cost only a fraction of the price of its underlying stock. I hope you like my Options Trading business.
will be interested too.
I would be interested in TD Ameritrade API (as long as it works --- they recently said they don't support APIs for accounts less than $500k or some large number of trades /qtr). $600 sounds like a lot, so I would just need to feel like it was worth it vs. writing my own code.
Thanks for all the great info on the blog - love it!
